Challenge
This Agent Creation Platform is part of an internal tool that allows teams to build and configure advanced AI agents used across the company’s ecosystem.
Each agent includes multiple parameters, logic flows, and integration points, making the system highly flexible but also challenging for new users to master.
The previous version of the platform was confusing and difficult to navigate, with unclear parameters, poor guidance, and no way to upload files without losing progress.
The goal was to redesign the experience to make the creation process more intuitive and accessible for beginners, while maintaining full control and customization for advanced users.
